Well Within helps people re-frame challenges as opportunities for personal transformation. The Becoming Well Within Process begins with attending a Becoming Well Within Orientation and co-creating a Well Within Action Plan.
The Becoming Well Within Orientation:
When you contact Well Within, we’ll gather relevant personal information and schedule a FREE monthly orientation program which will:
- measure your stress and well-being with self-assessment tools
- teach you about our programs and services that are rooted in evidence-based practices designed to address the 12 dimensions of the Circle of Life, and
- provide you with support in co-creating your Well Within Action Plan
Monthly orientations are scheduled for this fall during both day and evening hours:
- 1:00 p.m. on Wednesdays: Sept. 7, Oct. 5, Nov. 2, Dec. 7
- 5:00 p.m. on Thursdays: Sept. 8, Oct. 6, Nov. 3, Dec. 8
Well Within Action Plan:
Your action plan is your personal tool for change which will help you to:
- Commit to self-care
- Record your successes
- Plan for your challenges
- Seek support to manifest your goals
To support you in implementing your action plan, Well Within has a diverse team of highly qualified volunteer wellness practitioners who provide:
- one-to-one sessions for holistic health consulting, wellness coaching, energy healing, psychotherapy and spiritual direction
- a variety of educational programs to teach you about holistic health and wellness.
