Introduction to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Date: Monday, Feb. 27

Time: 1:30 – 3:00 p.m.

This introductory class describes mindfulness, the difference between pain and suffering, and the structure of an introductory MBSR course. Two to three types of mindfulness will be practiced. Time will be reserved for questions. Register for this one-time session by calling or emailing Well Within.

In addition, Judith will be offering an in-depth 8-week course at Well Within on Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction on Mondays from 9:30 a.m. – noon from  March 19 – May 7, 2012.
