We all know as active and overwhelmed people, that we are carrying more than our share of stress everyday. Join us for this 3-part series of support and learning as we seek to live healthier in busy and frazzled times. We will explore:
- what we are telling ourselves: How we can live beyond the cultural and personal messages that contribute to our stress-filled lives.
- a holistic model for taking care of ourselves using Dr. Henry Emmons’ model of “Seven Habits of Resiliency”
- how to develop spiritual practices for a chaotic world.
