The tree is metaphor of the self and a symbol of creation and growth. Embody the tree with Qigong movement, meditation, writing and art making. Personify the spring season with movements that activate and balance spring energy. Reflect on your relationship with this natural force with meditation and poetry. A variety of art materials will be available for you to describe your authentic “tree” self. No experience necessary—just an open mind, open heart and open body.
