Cami Smalley, M.A.
Cami has over 25 years in the fitness and wellness field including independent consulting, teaching, and coaching and employment with community centers, hospitals, and fitness clubs. Her first Master’s Degree is in Physical Education from the University of Northern Iowa with an emphasis in Cardiac Rehab.
She completed another Master’s degree from St. Catherine University in December, 2010 in Holistic Health Studies with an emphasis in Energy Healing. Cami is a certified Circle of Life Health and Wellness Coach and a YogaFit certified yoga instructor.
Addie Smith, Cancer Survivor
Addie has not only survived, but has thrived throughout and after her experience with cancer. She is a life long learner, travel extraordinaire, and lover of photography. She has been described by a professional and personal friend as “very alive,” honest, decisive, infectious, highly intelligent and has an unquenchable thirst for learning. Addie has been a frequent participant of Well Within’s programs; she has attended the Renewing Life and the Circle of Life Wellness Circles twice. She has also volunteered for Well Within in a variety of capacities through our outreach program and as an assistant in these Wellness Circles.
