Learn self-care strategies that reduce stress, boost the immune system and enhance overall well-being.
Chronic stress, whether through illness, transition or other life circumstances, can rob us of our health and vitality.
Join us for a day devoted to exploring stress-reducing strategies:
- For the Body – energy work, movement and breathing techniques
- Strategies for the Mind – meditation, guided imagery and affirmations
- Strategies for the Spirit – storytelling and connection, music and creativity.
This event welcomes both new and returning participants. Set a new course for yourself, as you empower the healer within!
