Integrating a mind-body practice into your lifestyle cancontribute to personal growth and improved health and vitality. Well Within offers three different forms of mind/body practices at various locations described below to assist you on your healing journey.

 

 Weekly:

Movement Meditation at Well Within: Weekly on Wednesday mornings from 10:00—11:00 a.m.

Christian Movement Meditation at Guardian Angels Church in Oakdale: Weekly on Thursday mornings from 9:30—10:30 a.m. at 8260 4th St N, Saint Paul, MN 55128

At Well Within: Weekly on Tuesday mornings from 10:00—11:30 a.m.

At the First Presbyterian Church in South St. Paul: Weekly on Monday mornings from 10:00—12:00 a.m. at 535 20th Ave N, South Saint Paul, MN 55075
