Well Within offers three different forms of mind/body practices at various locations described below to assist you on your healing journey.
Weekly:
- Mindfulness Meditation: Weekly on Tuesdays from 4:00 – 4:30 p.m.
- Movement Meditation: There are two locations for these practice groups:
Movement Meditation at Well Within: Weekly on Wednesday mornings from 10:00—11:00 a.m.
Christian Movement Meditation at Guardian Angels Church in Oakdale: Weekly on Thursday mornings from 9:30—10:30 a.m. at 8260 4th St N, Saint Paul, MN 55128
- Qigong Level 1 Practice Groups: There are two locations for these practice groups:
