Qigong is an ancient Chinese healing art that can help you relax, balance your energy and bring more harmony into your life. Spring Forest Qigong was developed to increase the flow of energy throughout the body so you feel better and heal more quickly. It has been used in combination with conventional Western medicine for a variety of health problems.
QiGong Instructors:
Norma Solstad, M.A., Certified Spring Forest QiGong Instructor Level I & II
Norma is a Certified Spring Forest Qigong (SFQ) Instructor Levels I & II and a Reiki Master. She offers individual QiGong healing sessions, leads classes at various locations throughout the Twin Cities and does Intuitive Readings. Her gifts of psychic and intuitive abilities help her to identify blocks and issues in the energy centers and energy fields of her clients.
She also teaches classes on how to create Sacred Geometry Encodings (see http://journeyintolight-sg.com) which help people to gently release old energy patterns and bring in and affirm new ones. These encodings are helpful for continuing to release these patterns after the session is completed. Norma received a Masters Degree in Education from University of St. Thomas and taught elementary school for 24 years before recently retiring.
Mary Jo Synnott
When challenged with a chronic health issue in 2003, Mary Jo was introduced through a support group to Healing Touch. She became a student of Healing Touch, completing Levels 1-3, and started volunteering at Well Within in 2005 after retiring from teaching kindergarten. In 2005, she became a student of Spring Forest Qigong, and after completing Levels 1-4 and attending several Spring Forest retreats, she has been facilitating a Qigong practice group since 2007.
