Have you ever asked yourself the question, “Now what?” after living through a traumatic event, loss or illness? How do you go forward in life?
Trauma happens to all of us—there are no exceptions. Never Give Up focuses on the connection between trauma, chronic stress, loss and illness. Learn new tools that provide direction and inspiration to adjust to your “new normal. ” Never Give Up weaves together many moving personal stories of trauma, loss and illness with research and practical suggestions on how to not only survive, but thrive. Included are activities that help you understand the concept of staying healthy and finding meaning. Never Give Up is a tribute to coping with life events, staying alive and living with purpose.
