Register early for Well Within’s scramble golf tournament fundraiser at Dellwood Hills Country Club on Monday, June 4, 2012. We expect this event to sell out. Not only do you get a great day of golf at a fabulous golf course with delicious food and wonderful friends, your entrance fee also includes a complimentary certificate for a foursome to golf anytime this 2012 season subject to availability. Proceeds support Well Within’s programs and services.
$200/golfer entrance fee includes:
- Use of the driving range, chipping and putting greens
- Buffet Lunch
- Green fees for 18 holes of scramble golf
- Golf cart for every 2 golfers
- Dinner and short program
- Prizes
- and a complimentary certficate for a foursome to golf at Dellwood Hills in 2012 – a $320 value! (Includes green fees for 18 holes, access to the dining facility, and use of locker room. - $250 Hole Sponsorship: Includes your company name listed in the program and displayed on a sign at a Tee-Box and dinner for one person (no golf entrance fee included).
- $1,000 Bronze Sponsorship: Includes 2 golf entrance fees, 2 certificates, a 1/4 page ad in the program, and your company logo on printed materials.
- $2,500 Silver Sponsorship: Includes 4 golf entrance fees, 4 certificates, a 1/2 page ad in the program, and your company logo on printed materials.
- $5,000 Gold Sponsorship: Includes 8 golf entrance fees, 8 certificates, a 3/4 page ad in the program, and your company logo on printed materials and a link on www.wellwithin.org and www.becomingwell.org websites.
- $10,000 Platinum Sponsorship: Includes 12 golf entrance fees, 12 certificates, a full-page ad in the program, your company logo on printed materials and a link on www.wellwithin.org and www.becomingwell.org websites and special acknowledgement during the program.
