Well Within is a warm and welcoming nonprofit wellness resource center that offers innovative programs and services to those who seek well-being and healing of body, mind and spirit.

How can I help support Well Within?

We always appreciate donations to help support the work of Well Within, whether those resources come in the form of time, money, talents or materials.

If you are interested in volunteering to teach classes, provide one-on-one sessions with participants, perform administrative assistance, or donate other gifts of your time, please let us know. Research has shown the process of donating one's time to a worthwhile cause is healing in and of itself. Many of the volunteer providers at Well Within began as participants on their own healing journeys.

If you are interested in donating materials, art and/or office supplies are always needed. Monetary donations are, of course, always welcome! You can also support the work of Well Within by telling others about our services.
